Log into the Senzit Reseller Portal, and click on Customers, then click on Create.
Enter the company info for your customer. You can also upload their company logo in jpg, gif, or png format.
When finished, click on Continue on the top right of the screen.
Now enter the user info for your customer. Make sure the correct email address is entered.
Your customer will need to check their email to finish setting up their devices.
You can add additional users by click on the Add User button on the bottom of the screen.
When finished adding the info for the other users , click on Continue on the top right of the screen.
Now enter the info for their Senzit devices. The serial number for the Senzit devices are printed on the devices.
If you need help located serial numbers, please send an email to support@senzit.io. When finished, click on Save.
An on screen alert with then inform you that the new customer has been successfully created.
To manage information for existing customers, click in Customers then Manage in the side menu.
Then click on a customer to access their information.
The customer’s information will be displayed in edit mode.
You can select a field and change the information in it.
After making the desired changes to the company info, click on the Save button on the upper right hand side of the screen.
NOTE: You must click the save button before going to the Customer’s User Info section, or the changes will be lost.
Click on Step 2 to edit the Customer’s User info.
To add a new user, click on the the Add User button that is at the bottom right side of the screen.
A new user section will appear. Fill out the fields with the new user’s info and click Save.
Click on Step 3 to edit the info for the Customer’s Devices. Change the Vehicles Year by using the drop down selector.

Click on Save one final time and all of the changes you made to Customer’s info will saved and completed.
To manage a device’s users, click on Customers on the side men, then click on Devices.
A list of active devices will appear. Click on a device to view its details.
Click on Users in the Device’s sub menu. Then click Edit.
Click on Add Users at the bottom of the user list .
Enter the new user’s information and click Save.
A popup will confirm that the new user has been added to the device.
