How do I service my air filter?

  1. First, navigate to a specific device
  2. In the bottom left side of your screen - click the 'Service Air Filter' button
  3. Select the 'Change Filter' option
  4. Enter your filter name and its part number
  5. Enter your secondary filter and part number
  6. Enter your terminal pressure information (Engine type, Metric, and Value)

You can also check your filter history in the top right-hand corner

How do I create notes?

  1. First, navigate to a specific device
  2. Click on the 'Service Center' drop-down
  3. Click on 'Notes'
  4. Enter your note title
  5. Choose your 'Note Type'
  6. Enter your description
  7. Click on the 'plus button' to add an image or attachment related to your note

How do I set alerts?

  1. First, navigate to a specific device
  2. Click on the 'Service Center' drop-down
  3. Click on 'Set Alerts'
  4. Navigate to the right-hand corner button that says '+ Create an alert'

Select your alert type:

Dustload alert

  • Enter your title and description
  • Set your preferred dust load percentage for when you want to be alerted

Filter Remaining Time

  • Enter your title and description
  • You will then see your current filter remaining time
  • Enter hours for when you want to be alerted to change your filter

Engine Hours

  • Enter your title and description
  • You will then see your current engine hours
  • Enter hours for when you want to be alerted

Date and Time

  • Enter your title and description
  • Enter a date and time for when you want to be alerted

Attach any notes related to the selected alert - you have the option to include up to 3 notes for your specific alert
