How do I add a viewer?

  1. Navigate to a specific device
  2. Click on the 'Settings' drop-down
  3. Click on 'Manage Users'
  4. Located in the top right-hand corner you can select 'Add Viewer'
  5. Scan the QR code to activate the new viewer

How do I manage users?

  1. First, navigate to a specific device
  2. Click on the 'Settings' drop-down
  3. Click on 'Manage Users'
  4. Select the users that you want to manage
  5. Remove a viewer or transfer ownership to a viewer

How do I edit my device details?

  1. First, navigate to a specific device
  2. Click on the 'Settings' drop-down
  3. Click on 'Device Details'
  4. Click on 'Edit' to edit your device

This is where you can edit your:

  • Device Name
  • Machine Make, Model and year
  • Primary Filter name and part number
  • Secondary filter name and part number
  • Terminal pressure metric and value
  • Total engine hours
  • Install location

 

How do I update my subscription to access all of Senzit's features?

  1. On the dashboard page navigate to the dollar sign on the left navigation bar
  2. Click 'Upgrade Now'
  3. Review your info and click 'continue'
  4. Select plan upgrades for each individual device (only up to 10 devices)
  5. Select plan duration as annual billing or monthly billing
  6. Choose auto-renewal as on or off and click 'next'
  7. Review order summary and click 'enter payment'
