Senzit isn’t updating on the App.
Information is relayed to the app at different rates. History and activities may take several hours to update, while filter condition will be almost immediate.
I already have something connected to my air filter housing.
Senzit should not replace any original equipment digital filter monitoring devices. Instead of replacement,
it is suggested to use a Tee fitting to have both products installed in parallel.
The App is working slowly (if at all).
To on-board, use the “Add Device” button on the dashboard screen of the app. The feature will access your camera to scan the associated QR code that can be found on the back of the device, on the box, or on the power cable warning tag of the hardware. After scanning, complete the walk-through.
I don’t know how to connect devices to the app.
Make sure that the Senzit app is updated to the most recent version in the App Store or Google Play Store.
The Senzit hardware will not fit while directly mounted.
Space requirements are different for each application. Therefore, a remote mount kit has been provided. Utilize proper mounting procedures and ensure connections to minimize the possibility of contaminants entering the clean side of the air filter system.
The blue led continues to flash with device powered on.
Make sure that the Senzit app is updated to the most recent version in the App Store or Google Play Store.
